DN, LĐ, ĐT… require a company/organization sponsor.
TT requires a family sponsor in Vietnam.
Not overdue: Your current visa has not exceeded its permitted stay.

Usually 5-7 working days after a complete file is received. Bring the appointment slip and ID to collect your extended visa.
How to Extend – Online
► Step 1 – Log in to the National Public Service Portal
Sign in with your approved account.
Choose Online Submission, search “Extension” and select Immigration group.
Select “Extend temporary stay for foreigners in Vietnam (central processing)” and click Submit.
► Step 2 – Complete the e-forms
Fill in all required details:
Personal info (full name, sex, DOB, nationality, occupation, passport no., issuing authority).
Purpose of entry and related info. Upload the sponsor’s and foreigner’s files as required and apply digital signatures.
► Step 3 – Send the passport
Courier the original passport to the Immigration address indicated by the system for verification.
► Step 4 – Pay extension fees Once the file and passport are accepted, Immigration will issue the fee notice. Pay online via the portal.
► Step 5 – Track your case online
