Required Documents for Yemeni Citizens Applying for a Vietnam Visa

Vietnam E-visa Application

Yemeni applicants must prepare:

• A valid Yemeni passport.
• A portrait photo sized 4×6 cm, taken on a white background with clear visibility.

Vietnam Visa Approval Letter Application

Yemeni citizens applying through a sponsoring company or individual must prepare different documents depending on the sponsorship type.

A. If Sponsored by a Vietnamese Company

Documents submitted online via the National Public Service Portal:

• Certified copy of the company’s Investment License or Business Registration Certificate.
• Form NA16 – registration of signature and company seal, verified by the Immigration Office.
• Company’s digital signature token (USB Token).
• Authorization letter, if the applicant is not the company’s legal representative.
• The applicant’s Vietnamese ID card (CCCD).

B. If Sponsored by a Relative

1. Sponsored by a foreign relative working in Vietnam:

• Legal entity documents of the foreign sponsor’s company in Vietnam.
• Documents proving the family relationship between the Yemeni applicant and the sponsor.

2. Sponsored by a Vietnamese citizen:

• Documents proving the family relationship between the Yemeni applicant and the sponsor.
• Sponsor’s passport.
• Sponsor’s Vietnamese ID card (CCCD).
• Form NA3 – application for entry approval letter under family-visit sponsorship.
• Sponsor’s residence verification form CT07.
