Instructions for Filling Out Form NA2 Entry Visa Application for Foreigners
Section (1): Fill in the name of the sponsoring agency or organization requesting the Immigration Department to consider entry for the foreigner.
- Then, fill in complete and accurate personal information of the foreigner: full name (written in capital letters), gender, date of birth, nationality, passport number/type, position or occupation.
- Fill in the type of Vietnam entry visa: single entry or multiple entry, and specific arrival and departure date information for the foreigner.
- Fill in the purpose of entry, activity schedule in the locality of the foreigner, expected temporary residence location, and the agency/organization receiving and managing the foreigner.
Section (2): Clearly write the name of the country issuing the visa and processing for the foreigner to receive the visa at an international border gate or Vietnamese diplomatic representative office abroad.
Section (3): If the foreigner is on the list of visa exemption categories, simply write “guest is exempt from Vietnam entry visa”.

Important Notes When Filling Out Form NA2
- Information declared in Form NA2 must be accurate; false information must not be used.
- After completing Form NA2, prepare other necessary documents to submit the application.
