Required Documents for a Vietnam Visa Approval Letter (for Moroccan citizens)

To obtain a Visa Approval Letter for a foreign applicant, the sponsor must prepare the following documents:

1. General documents

• A scanned copy of the applicant’s passport (valid for at least 6 months).
• Application form for the Visa Approval Letter (Form NA2).

2. If the sponsor is a Vietnamese company

• Certified copies of the company’s Business Registration Certificate or Investment License.
• Form NA16 – Registration of company seal and first signature at the Immigration Department.
• Company digital signature token (USB Token) for online submission.
• Authorization letter (if the signatory is not the company’s legal representative).
• Citizen ID card (CCCD) of the person submitting the application for the Moroccan citizen.

3. If the sponsor is a foreign individual residing in Vietnam

• Legal documents of the sponsoring company (if any).
• Proof of family relationship between the sponsor and the Moroccan applicant: birth certificate, marriage certificate, etc.
  (Foreign-issued documents must be consularly legalized.)

4. If the sponsor is a Vietnamese citizen

• Proof of family relationship with the Moroccan applicant: birth certificate, marriage certificate, etc.
• Passport and Citizen ID card of the Vietnamese sponsor.
• Letter requesting a Visa Approval Letter for family visit purposes (Form NA3).
• Form CT07 for the Moroccan applicant entering Vietnam.
